Whole wheat pizza with Salame Calabrese

For 4 people


  • 600 g of ready-made whole wheat pizza dough
  • 250 g of mozzarella
  • 10-12 slices of Salame Calabrese
  • 2 tablespoons of desalted capers
  • 3 tablespoons of Taggiasca olives
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt


Roll out the pizza dough into 2 pans of 22 cm in diameter, spread the tomato purée on the dough, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and salt. Bake at 200°C for about 6 minutes.
Remove from the oven and complete the sauce by adding the chopped mozzarella, the capers, the olives and the slices of salami. Cook for another 6-7 minutes, remove from the oven and serve the pizzas cut into slices.
