This year, we are introducing several new products designed to meet growing consumer demand for premium quality, convenience, and authentic Italian flavors.
Among the highlights is our new Salumi&Friends line, the ultimate gourmet Italian aperitivo experience. This innovative concept pairs iconic Italian salumi, including Salame Milano and Prosciutto, with artisan focaccia topped with cherry tomatoes, Castelvetrano olives, and provolone cheese. Available in both 12 oz and 6 oz formats, it is designed to bring the convivial spirit of the Italian aperitivo directly to American tables.
We will also showcase our redesigned Antipasto Italiano Mega Platters, now available in a more compact 7 oz format that enhances merchandising flexibility while delivering the same premium assortment of Italian meats and cheeses.
Visitors can also discover our new Prosciutto Trio, featuring Serrano Prosciutto, Italian Prosciutto, and Speck in a convenient tasting format, as well as our Pre-Sliced Uncured Line, made without added nitrates or nitrites except those naturally occurring in celery juice powder and salt. The range combines premium ingredients, convenient resealable packaging, and our commitment to quality.
Completing our latest innovations is a new diced line featuring Pancetta, Prosciutto Italiano, and mixed salami packs, offering versatile solutions for cooking, entertaining, and everyday meal preparation.
After IDDBA, we will continue our summer trade show season at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City from June 28–30, 2026.
