Veroni at the New York City Wine Food Festival dinner – If you are both NYC and food lover, you can’t miss the upcoming 2022 Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One in which we are happy to take part.
This year the event will be even more delicious thanks to our giant mortadella that Veroni, the first brand of Italian charcuterie in the US, will bring to Pier 76 for the Grand Tasting which will take place from Oct 14th to Oct 16th. It will be the largest mortadella ever seen in the Big Apple: 661 lbs in weight and 6.4 feet in length. It is the result of the Italian culinary tradition, to be enjoyed slice by slice. Since slicing a giant mortadella is a job for experts, a specialist will arrive directly from Italy.
But that’s not all! We will also present two special dinners with prestigious chefs, which will take place in the spaces of one of the most exclusive clubs in New York: the CORE.
The first dinner where we will see the collaboration of the three masterful chefs Michele Brogioni, Eric Canino and François Payard – will transport your taste buds to the haute cuisine temples of Europe.

The second dinner will give you an opportunity to savor the flavors of Italian cuisine thanks to the experience of the chefs Dario Cecchini, Stefano Secchi and Michele Brogioni.
