Ingredients for 4 people:
11.3 oz of tagliatelle
10.6 oz of already boiled borlotti (cranberry) beans
3.5 oz of dry-cured ham
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 garlic clove
rosemary
salt
pepper
In a saucepan, brown the beans in oil with crushed garlic then dilute the concentrate a little by adding hot water. Add the rosemary, ham in strips and season with salt and pepper, taking into account that the ham is already savory.
Boil the tagliatelle and dress them with the prepared sauce. Transfer to serving dishes and serve.
