Potato, Ham and Scamorza crumble pie
With its crumbly appearance but unmistakable taste, our pie with potatoes and Veroni ham will surprise you with its intense flavor!
2 ounces boiled potatoes
2 tablespoons of flour
2.5 ounces ham
5 ounces sliced mushrooms
2 ounces di scamorza cheese in cubes
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
1) Crush the potatoes (keeping 2 large ones aside) and put in a bowl, add an egg, a tablespoon of flour, mix well and pour all in a pan covered with 20 cm parchment paper, making a small border around.
2)Chop the shallot and fry in a pan with a little olive oil, add the mushrooms and cook for about ten minutes.
3)Fill the base of the cake pan with mushrooms, scamorza, slices of ham (or cubes) and marjoram.
4)Cut the remaining potatoes into cubes and arrange them on mushrooms.
5)Add the breadcrumbs, a drizzle of oil and bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes or until browned.
