11 oz of tagliatelle
10.5 oz of boiled borlotti beans
3.5 oz of prosciutto crudo
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 garlic clove
1)In a saucepan, sauté the beans in oil with the crushed garlic and the concentrate mixed in a little hot water.
2)Add the rosemary, the ham to strips and season with salt and pepper, taking into account that the ham is already tasty.
3)Boil the pasta and dress them with the sauce. Transfer to plates and serve.
