Want to impress everyone this Christmas? This Charcuterie Board by Viviana Dal Pozzo (@cosatipreparopercena) is your secret weapon! 🎄✨
All you need is a nice wooden board, your favorite cheeses, and of course, Veroni cured meats!

For this board, you can use Coppa Italiana, Speck Italiano, Prosciutto Italiano, Salame Milano, and Mortadella. Add some black and green olives and don’t forget some good Italian chesse for variety and flavor.

To accompany the board, serve taralli, breadsticks, grilled bread slices, or homemade polenta chips. For the chips: blend 250 g of cooked polenta with 2 tablespoons parmesan, rosemary, salt, and pepper, roll it out thin, cut into squares or triangles, and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Crispy, fragrant, and perfect for snacking while you toast the holidays!

And to make your festive aperitif complete, try a Pomegranate Spritz: 1 part 100% pomegranate juice, 2 parts Aperol, 2 parts Prosecco, ice, and a few pomegranate seeds for garnish.

The result is a rich, colorful, and delicious board, perfect for sharing with friends and family. Simple to prepare, beautiful to look at, and guaranteed to impress!
