Starter with salame/coppa/prosciutto* platter and fresh fruit and mature cheeses

Ingredients
- 1 Veroni Antipasto(traditional starter)
- blueberries
- 3 slices melon
- 1 small bunch red grapes
- 1 bunch green grapes
- 10 strawberries
- Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, broken into bite-sized chunks
- Asiago, as required
Steps
Cut the melon into slices and place on a platter together with the washed figs and grapes. Add the strawberries and the chunks of cheese. Serve with the starter of mixed cold cuts.
