Starter with salame/coppa/prosciutto* platter and fresh fruit and mature cheeses

Ingredients

  • 1 Veroni Antipasto(traditional starter)
  • blueberries
  • 3 slices melon
  • 1 small bunch red grapes
  • 1 bunch green grapes
  • 10 strawberries
  • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, broken into bite-sized chunks
  • Asiago, as required

Steps

Cut the melon into slices and place on a platter together with the washed figs and grapes. Add the strawberries and the chunks of cheese. Serve with the starter of mixed cold cuts.
