Savoury croissants with tender green lettuce, Pancetta Coppata* and fresh cheese (*pancetta rolled with cured neck of pork)

- 4 savoury croissants
- 100 g tender green lettuce
- 4 slices Veroni pancetta coppata (*pancetta rolled with cured neck of pork)
- 100 g robiola cheese
Cut the croissants in half horizontally and spread with a thin layer of robiola cheese. Sprinkle with the chopped chives and some freshly-ground pepper. Add the fresh lettuce, the pancetta coppata (pancetta rolled with cured neck of pork), close and serve.
