Tortillas with roasted ham, tomato beans, peppers and parsley

Ingredients:
4 tortillas
8 slices of Veroni roasted ham
7 oz boiled red beans
14 oz tomato puree
1 small red pepper
parsley
1 clove of garlic
2 limes
whole red hot chilli pepper
extra virgin olive oil
salt
Add the garlic to the oil in a saucepan and, when golden, remove it. Add the sliced chilli pepper and the peppers, cleaned and diced, and fry. After a few minutes, add the tomato puree, salt and pepper and cook. At 5 minutes from the end add the beans, continue cooking and then let it cool.
Warm the tortillas in the oven or in a frying pan and arrange them on serving plates. Add the roasted ham, tomato-pepper beans, lime wedges and finely chopped parsley.
