- 4 eggs
- 1 jar of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 jar of unsweetened plain yogurt
- 3 jars of flour
- 1 sachet of yeast
- Thyme, marjoram, chives
- 100 g of chopped ham
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Beat the eggs in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Add yogurt, herbs, flour, yeast and mix. Add the ham and mix. Pour into a greased and floured mold, leveling the surface. Cook at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
