A tasty and simple recipe to prepare even with children, here is the recipe for our plum cake with ham cubes and aromatic herbs.


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 jar of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 jar of unsweetened plain yogurt
  • 3 jars of flour
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • Thyme, marjoram, chives
  • 100 g of chopped ham
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • pepper

Beat the eggs in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Add yogurt, herbs, flour, yeast and mix. Add the ham and mix. Pour into a greased and floured mold, leveling the surface. Cook at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
