With its intense aroma and unmistakable flavor, our salami adds flavor to any dish! Try it as an ingredient in tasty recipes such as these delicious glasses of cannellini cream with rosemary, crispy bread, and salami. An original idea by @vitasumarte_g (Gloria Di Blasi) that will delight everyone!


  • 16/17 oz of cannellini beans already boiled
  • 5 fl oz of broth
  • 4 teaspoons of chopped fresh rosemary (1 sprig)
  • 8 slices of Veroni Salame
  • 2 slices of rustic bread
  • garlic powder
  • olive oil


  1. Blend the beans with the hot broth and most of the chopped rosemary
  2. Adjust the amount of broth so that the mixture is soft and not liquid (it should support the weight of the bread and salami on top)
  3. Cut the bread into small pieces and toast it in a hot pan, then coarsely reduce it with a knife. In a bowl put some garlic powder, oil, and mix, then add the bread and mix well
  4. Cut the salami into cubes and put it in the hot pan for a minute to make it crispy
  5. Divide the lukewarm cannellini cream into portions, sprinkle the top with bread, salami, and a sprinkling of the remaining rosemary
