Braided crown: a delicious savory cake with salami, provola cheese and olives

Ingredients for 4 people:
13.8 oz of manitoba flour
3.5 oz of flour 00
0.3 oz of dehydrated brewer’s yeast
3 egg yolks
4.4 fl oz of milk
4.2 oz soft butter
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of fine salt
2.8 oz of water
7.1 oz of salami
4.6 oz of pitted black olives
7.1 oz of provola

Add 4.9 oz of manitoba flour, yeast, sugar and water in a container: mix vigorously and let the dough rise for about an hour and a half.
In a second container, mix 3.5 oz of 00 flour, 8.8 oz of manitoba flour, the 3 egg yolks and milk. Add the butter and a tablespoon of fine salt to the mix.
Mix the two mixtures and let them rise until they double. Then roll out the dough, brush it with oil and add the salami, provola cheese and olives. Create a roll and shape it into a braid. Bring the ends of the braid closer together creating a shape of a doughnut and bake at 356 °F for about 40 minutes.
