The result? Your new favorite Italian aperitivo, in one bite. Mini bagels filled with our Italian Mortadella with Pistachios, creamy cheese, fresh arugula, and a homemade pistachio & basil pesto. Simple ingredients, big flavors – perfect for your next happy hour or an easy, elegant appetizer.

How to recreate it at home:

  1. Make the pistachio & basil pesto by blending shelled pistachios, fresh basil, Parmigiano, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper until smooth.

  2. Slice each mini bagel in half. Spread cream cheese on the bottom half and whole grain mustard on the top half.

  3. Layer slices of Veroni Mortadella with Pistachios, arugula tossed with olive oil and salt, and a teaspoon of pesto. Close the bagel, and voilà – your Italian aperitivo is ready to enjoy!
